Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are held for payment confirmation which could take up to 72 hours.

Upon payment confirmation, orders are placed in the processing queue.

Orders are processed on a first confirmed – first shipped basis.

Our staff works Monday thru Friday, 8 am til 6 pm. We do not work on the weekends or Holidays.

All orders are shipped using USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation.

It may take up to two weeks for you to receive your order.

Orders that have been damaged will be given store credit with proof.

Store credit for orders that have been lost by USPS will be issued store credit after 30 days.

We are not responsible for USPS once packages are entered into the USPS Tracking system.

We are not responsible for packages after tracking is updated to “Delivered”

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.


We do not and cannot accept returns on our products due to our GMP protocol.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a store credit or refund when appropriate.

Substitution For Like Products

Our inventory and stock levels are in constant flux. EarthCenter Wellness reserves the right to substitute any item you may have ordered for an item of equal or like kind in the event that the item you ordered is out of stock at the time your order is being filled, without notice.
